Who we are
We're a Wausau-based crew handling exterior property and site work: landscaping and hardscaping, excavation and grading, retaining walls, fencing, demolition, hauling and property cleanup. We work for homeowners, landlords, businesses, property managers and other contractors throughout Central Wisconsin.
No Plan LLC is insured up to $2 million. We are not a licensed general contractor, and we won't claim credentials we don't hold. What we will do is tell you plainly whether a project is a fit for us before you spend time on it.

We solve the actual problem
A wet yard, a leaning wall, a lot that needs clearing — we look at why it's happening before quoting a fix that only hides it.
We take the hard jobs
Tight access, overgrown lots, tear-outs nobody wants — the awkward projects are usually the ones we get called for.
We clean up after ourselves
Debris hauled, area raked, driveway swept. The site should look finished when we pull out, not just done.
