We collect information you voluntarily provide when you reach out to us, request an estimate, or sign up to hear from us. Depending on how you contact us, this may include:

• From our website request form: your full name, phone number, email address, the service you need, a description of the job, and your preferred date.
• From Google and Facebook lead forms: when you submit a lead form through a Google Local Services ad or a Facebook Lead Ad, the platform shares with us the information you entered there — typically your name, email, phone number, and any details you added (such as the service you're interested in or a message).
• From SMS sign-up: your mobile phone number and, if you provide it, your name and the services you're interested in hearing about.
• Automatically: basic technical information such as your browser type, device type, and the pages you visit on our site, collected through standard cookies and analytics tools.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your request for an estimate or service and follow up about your project.
• Schedule jobs, confirm appointments, and communicate with you about work we're performing.
• Send you promotional and informational text messages (SMS) about our services, seasonal offers, and specials, but only if you have opted in (see the SMS section below).
• Send you occasional emails about your project or, where you've asked, about services we offer.

We do not sell your personal information. We may use the information submitted through Google and Facebook lead forms for the same purpose you intended when you filled them out — to follow up with you about the service you requested.

With your consent, we may send you recurring promotional text messages about our services, specials, and seasonal reminders. Standard message and data rates may apply. The frequency of messages varies but is typically no more than a few per month.

How to join: You opt in by providing your mobile number on a form, by texting a keyword to our number, or by checking a consent box. By opting in, you authorize No Plan LLC to send SMS messages to the mobile number you provided.

How to stop: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. To request help, reply HELP. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. We will not send further promotional messages until you opt back in.

We will never sell or rent your mobile number. We will only use it to deliver the messages you've agreed to and to provide customer support.

When you fill out a lead form on Google or Facebook, that platform controls what information is collected and how it is shared. The platform's own privacy policy applies to the information collected on its site. Once the platform transmits the lead to us, we treat the information you submitted as described in this policy.

If you submit a lead through a Google Local Services ad or a Facebook Lead Ad and do not want us to follow up, simply tell us — by replying to our message, calling us at (715) 301-0392, or emailing contact@noplanllc.com — and we will stop contacting you about that request.

We share your information only as needed to operate our business and provide our services:

• Service providers: trusted vendors that help us run our business — such as our form processor (Formspree), our SMS messaging provider, and our website host — may receive limited information needed to perform their function.
• Advertising platforms: Google and Facebook, when you submit a lead through their forms, retain and process that information under their own policies.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

These partners are obligated to protect your information and may only use it for the purposes we've described.

We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide services, respond to your requests, and meet our legal obligations. Customer and lead records are typically retained for as long as we have an active relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. SMS opt-in and opt-out records are kept for as long as required to honor your preferences and to demonstrate consent.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information using administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:

• Opt out of SMS marketing at any time by replying STOP to any message.
• Opt out of emails by using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
• Request access to or a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal requirements.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
