Terms & Conditions

No Plan LLC provides outdoor and labor services in and around Wausau, WI, including retaining walls, paver patios, decorative rock and mulch beds, concrete driveways, patios and flatwork, grading and drainage, junk removal and cleanouts, demolition, and general labor such as moving help, assembly, and cleanup. The specific scope of work for any job is confirmed in your estimate and any written agreement we provide. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any job.

We provide free, no-obligation estimates. An estimate is our good-faith assessment of the likely cost based on the information available at the time. Actual costs may differ if site conditions, scope, or materials change once work begins. Any quote we provide is valid for 30 days unless we state otherwise. Final pricing is confirmed before work starts.

Scheduling is subject to weather, crew availability, and material lead times. We'll work with you to find a time that fits, but dates are not guaranteed until confirmed. You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area and to disclose any conditions that could affect the job (such as underground utilities, hazardous materials, or existing damage) before work begins.

Payment terms for each job are agreed before work begins. Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. For larger projects, we may require a deposit or progress payments. Accepted payment methods and any deposit requirements will be stated in your estimate. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring promotional SMS messages from No Plan LLC about our services, specials, and seasonal offers. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies but is typically no more than a few messages per month.

Opt-in: You join our SMS list by providing your mobile number on a form, texting a keyword to our number, or checking a consent box. By doing so, you authorize us to send SMS messages to the number you provided.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. After you opt out, you may receive a single confirmation message, and no further promotional messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

Carriers: We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include the major U.S. wireless providers. Availability may vary, and we are not responsible for messages that your carrier filters or blocks.

Your SMS consent applies to this and any future programs we run using the same number. We will never sell or rent your mobile number. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle your information.

When you submit a lead through a Google Local Services ad or Facebook Lead Ad, the platform's terms and privacy policy apply to that submission. Once we receive your lead, these Terms and our Privacy Policy govern how we follow up with you. Submitting a lead authorizes us to contact you about the service you requested using the information you provided.

You agree to provide accurate information when requesting a service, to allow our crew reasonable access to complete the work, and to pay for services as agreed. You are responsible for securing or removing personal property from the work area before we begin. We are not responsible for damage to items left in or near the work area after we have started.

All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, and layout — is the property of No Plan LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish our content without our written permission. You may share links to our pages.

Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We strive to do quality work, but we make no warranties beyond those expressly stated in your written agreement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services except where prohibited by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, No Plan LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific work that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, such as severe weather, supplier shortages, or emergencies.

You agree to indemnify and hold No Plan LLC harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Marathon County, Wisconsin.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our website or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
